The Polish Embassy in Mexico, PAIH, the Institute of New Technologies of Environmental Engineering, and the Instituto de Energías Renovables from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México have signed a cooperation agreement. This concerns the transfer of green technologies and results from almost two years of effort started during the GreenEvo mission in 2022.

The agreement concluded by the institutes (entitled Hydrophyte Bioreactor) is an important step in strengthening Polish-Mexican relations, especially in the field of scientific cooperation, and will contribute to the transfer of green technologies.

Instituto de Energías Renovables plans to use Polish solutions as part of its ongoing scientific projects that will support sustainable development and environmental protection in Mexico in the area of water and wastewater treatment.
